Difficult place to review as the settings and location are stunning. Completely swallowed by the jungle with two beautiful wild beaches and a lovely natural jungle pool with a fresh water stream feeding cool fresh water into it. Also the jungle trails in the resort where great. We stayed in one of the tree houses. This is where it becomes difficult to rate this place as there is a general lack of maintenance and care. Small improvements could make this place really great. The mattress is uncomfortable, they cleaned the room only once (we stayed five nights). We had to ask for towels and toilet paper twice in two different places to be finally brought some at night! The biggest fault is the food at the at the restaurant. I understand this is an eco resort and I love that but the food was just embarrassing ..breakfast for terrible and I was dreading going for dinner (frozen food, overcooked or just silly). Luckily there is a food court with tasty stalls just 10 minutes walk down the road. Overall a positive though annoying experience as this could have been so much better with a little more care and training from the management.

Having a bad impression from the hearsay at first, after one overnight stay, it changed my thought, the facilities are quite ok. They claimed themselves to be an eco-resort set in pristine Borneo rainforest, a good place to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the forest nature, which I couldn't agree more. However, the mattress I slept that night does come with some unpleasant old day smell (maybe a bask under the sun could help, as usually the sun shine cannot penetrate through the forest tree) The food serve at the cafe taste good, both dinner and breakfast, there is a nice view at the lower level of the cafe.

Great rainforest escape. No tv, no ac, no wifi. Rooms, restaurant, Everything really basic. Many wildlife, leaf snake, colugo, proboscis monkeys.

Stayed for 1 nite. Cabin was horrible! Look like they never changed the pillows for years! There's no clean spot on it. Same goes for the mattress. Cafe service is slow even though food during dinner is ok but breakfast is bad. Not recommended for family with small children or older people.

Hotel dans les arbres. Vues incroyables de la jungle et de la plage. 2 plages privées et 1 junglepool. Singes et écureuils. Incroyable. Must see !
